About
Jani Brandt, LMFT, Owner
Hi, I'm Jani.
I'm a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy for women throughout California, including Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo County.
Many of the adults I work with have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that they've lost sight of their own needs. They struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, low self-worth, setting boundaries, or unhealthy relationship patterns. This leaves them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward.
I created North Soul Therapy to be a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely supported, and begin making sense of what's keeping you stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, combining evidence-based therapy with compassion and curiosity.
I believe lasting change begins with greater self-awareness. Together, we'll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you stop abandoning your own needs so you can build a life that feels more intentional, balanced, and true to who you are.
When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me outside in nature, thrift shopping, enjoying an iced coffee, exploring local spots, creating something, and spending time with my family.
