About
Jani Brandt, LMFT, Owner
Hi, I’m Jani, a licensed therapist with a decade of experience and someone who deeply believes in the power of self. Self discovery, self love, self care - all of it!
I help young - mid adults, in their 20’s - 40’s, navigate an array of life challenges. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self doubt, people pleasing, lack of boundaries, lack of self care, low self esteem, toxic relationships, and substance use/abuse.
I strive to make therapy with me comfortable, effective, and realistic by providing tools you can actually use in your daily life, while also creating space for reflection, self-compassion, and growth.
I believe therapy shouldn’t feel cold or clinical. It should feel like you’re sitting with someone who sees you, cares about you, and knows you’re capable of so much more than what you’re experiencing. It should feel human, real, and honest.
My work comes from both professional training and personal experience. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of your path. I also know the transformation that comes from slowing down, tuning in, and honoring your whole self - Finding your true north.
Outside of therapy, I love hiking, beach days, wandering through thrift shops, art, finding hidden gems, and iced coffee. I love weaving creativity, spirituality, and wellness into the work I do, because healing isn’t just about your mind — it’s about your mind, body, and soul!
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you learn to trust yourself, strengthen your voice, and create a life that feels balanced and true to who you are.
Best, Jani
