A balanced routine incorporates all of the dimensions, in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Many of us only focus on one or two dimensions, however we need all of them to feel our very best. When one area is impacted, it reflects in all of them.
This workshop is designed to help you:
• Reflect on your current wellness
• Identify areas that feel balanced or depleted
• Gain clarity on what you may need more of
• Create small, realistic steps toward feeling more aligned
This will be a low key, informative 30 minute workshop. No need to have your camera on or talk. Come as you are — no pressure, just space to slow down and check in with yourself.
Each participant will leave with a free wellness map to asses your level of self care as well as journal prompts to reflect on how your wellness looks in real life and what improvements you’d like to make.
